What is FMR?

FMR stands for Functional Muscle Release and is a combination of highly specific hands-on manual therapy, stretching, and muscle activation. The main goal of FMR is to restore normal Range of Motion, Function and Decrease Pain as efficiently as possible. A detailed assessment allows FMR to rapidly fix injuries including sprains, strains, and tendonitis.
